Homeschooling on a shoestring budget is absolutely possible. Thanks to the Internet, you can google "homeschool freebies" and come up with tons of useful websites with more freebies than you would ever possibly need! As new websites are found and reviewed this list will be updated, so be sure to check back often for the latest updates.

I came across this great project the other day. Your kids build a miniature hovercraft out of an old CD and a water bottle - it's really cool! Hovercraft project

Homeschool.com has some great freebies. Everything from curriculums to printables to homeschool ID cards. Their list isn't extensive, but definitely worth visiting.

Home Schooling-R-Us is a wonderful website. They have free math study guides, free homeschool attendance records, planners, and other recordkeeping forms, as well as links that will direct you to other free educational sites.

The Home School Mom is by far, my top pick for homeschool freebies. This is a website that I visit frequently. You will find everything from free software to free SAT schools to free movies! You can honestly spend hours on this website just researching and bookmarking all the wonderful freebies!

Free Homeschooling 101 is a wonderful blog written by another Blogger mom. Her information is phenomenal! Scroll down the entire right side of her blog to see list after list of freebies for homeschoolers.

Homeschool Math is a great website to visit for all of your math needs. You will find worksheets, videos, and online math games.

SchoolExpress.com is a great resource for free worksheets. They have hundreds of pre-made worksheets, or, if you want something original, you can design your own worksheets for a particular subject.

Homeschool Views has a ton of free homeschool printables. You can find calendars, unit studies, all the recordkeeping forms you could ever need, as well as awards and coloring pages you can print out for your child.
